Born on Oct. 2, 1967, in Monticello, Indiana, Scott was the son of David D. Scott had shared the last 32 years of his life with Lisa Walker, who also survives. On Dec. 29, 1951, Roy married Deloris "Dee" Garland, and together they had five children. Born Dec. 6, 1958, in Logansport, to Harold Richard Haynes and Eva Earlene Weaver. On March 9, 1990, in Logansport, she married Steven Lee Penn, who preceded in death Oct. 15, 2010.
Betty was preceded in death by a son, Gary Ramer, grandsons Eric Burke and Matthew Ramer. Betty loved being outside, gardening and especially mowing; she took great pride in keeping her yard and flower beds in pristine condition. She was a gifted musician and enjoyed playing the piano and organ. Most important to Betty was her family, she enjoyed every moment she spent with them.
